Condolence Message on the Passing of Dr Mukti Bhatnagar Founding President of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Life is uncertain, Death is certain, this is the teaching of the Lord Buddha, everyone be born under the law of kamma , the law of impermanence, only the merit or the good kamma that we do can follow us like our shadow. Dr Mukti Bhatnagar , Founding President of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University as I known she had done good kamma for all her life. She had a good family. She dedicated herself for education , social service , women right and support Buddhist study in India which be recognized by all well wishers and Buddhist communities. I had a chance to welcome her during her visit with family on Maka Puja Day 2018 at Wat Phra Dhammakaya , Thailand. On that day she look very happy , she had a chance to offer the food in the Alms Offering Ceremony to 1,250 monks in the morning then meditation with all international Buddhist leaders. In the afternoon she was representatives to give the plaque to the winner student of National Dhamma Quiz Contest in Thailand which had the students joined the program more than 6 million students each year. Then evening she joined the Grand Lighting ceremony worshipping to One million Buddha pagodas and she had a chance to meet Vice Abbot of Dhammakaya temple , Luangpor Dattacheevo, and sharing the Dhamma view to develop the society. Although we known that life is impermanence , death is part of life but we still feel the great loss of an exemplary outstanding person who worked tiressly for the benefit of others , but we are sure the good kamma that she did will lead her in the happy journey.
